Very Labs

Taking 2–3 projects at a time

We build software and ship it to production.

Web, mobile, backend and cloud — by the three engineers who scope it, build it and keep it running. Fixed scope, agreed deadlines, a documented handover.

  • Fixed scope
  • White-label subcontracting
  • Documented delivery

01Selected work

What we have built

Products we designed, built and run ourselves — plus client work we can show as it gets published.

02Capabilities

What we take on

Five competencies, not an industry list. The task defines the work, not the client's line of business.
01

Mobile

Flutter apps built from scratch. KMP and React Native when a codebase already exists.

  • Flutter
  • Kotlin
  • React
02

Frontend

New interfaces, redesigns, and picking up someone else's codebase without a rewrite.

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Angular
  • Vite
03

Backend

Services and APIs on Java/Kotlin, Go, Python or TypeScript — whichever fits the task.

  • OpenJDK
  • Kotlin
  • Go
  • Python
  • NestJS
04

Integrations

Payments, CRM and ERP systems, third-party APIs, webhooks and data exchange between them.

  • OpenAPI Initiative
  • PostgreSQL
  • Telegram
05

DevOps

AWS, containers, CI/CD and monitoring — set up, documented and handed over.

  • awsAWS
  • Docker
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana

03Formats

Three ways to work with us

Pick by how much certainty you already have. Price and boundaries are agreed before anyone writes code.

Fixed scope

2–6 weeks

A module or feature delivered end to end. Scope, price and deadline agreed up front.

  • Written scope and acceptance criteria
  • Price fixed before the first commit
  • Demo at the end of each stage

Sprints

from 2 weeks

One or two engineers working inside your process and reporting to your PM.

  • Weekly planning and reporting
  • You own the backlog
  • Stop or extend at any sprint boundary

Audit

3–5 days

A review of code, architecture or infrastructure with a written report and a plan.

  • Findings ranked by risk
  • A plan you can execute without us
  • Fixed price

We keep two or three projects running at once. If we cannot take yours, you hear it immediately instead of watching a slot being held.

04Process

How a project runs

Every stage ends with something you can check.
  1. 01

    Discovery

We work out the task, the constraints and the result you need.

  2. 02

    Scope

Volume, acceptance criteria, deadlines and price are fixed.

  3. 03

    Build

Development on the agreed stack, with review and CI.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Code, documentation and operating instructions handed over.

  5. 05

    Support

Maintenance and further development, if you want it.

Rules of engagement

  • Contract-first

Every project runs on a contract with terms known up front.

  • Defined scope

Requirements and acceptance criteria are fixed before the start.

  • Change requests

New requirements are handled as a separate, priced change.

  • Business hours

We work standard hours; urgency is arranged in advance.

05Who does the work

Three engineers. No account managers.

You talk to the people who write the code. Everyone takes a limited number of outside projects — which is exactly why we cap how many run in parallel.
  • Temirkhan

    Product & infrastructure

    temirkhan@verylabs.dev

Runs the scoping and the infrastructure. Built sitesfor.me end to end — the editor, the API and the cloud it runs on.

  • Batyrkhan

    AI, backend & integrations

    batyrkhan@verylabs.dev

AI features that do real work — assistants, document parsing, generation — plus the APIs, data and payments underneath, and the integrations that connect it all to the business.

  • Zhalgas

    Frontend & mobile

    zhalgas@verylabs.dev

Interfaces people actually use: web apps, mobile apps and the details that make them feel fast.

  • Astana IT University
  • AWS Certifications
  • Cisco Certifications
  • DevOps
  • Backend Engineering
  • Cloud Infrastructure

Same people from the first call to the month after launch.
